Kate Lobel

Kate Lobel, SHRM-SCP is currently the Managing Director of Human Resources and Talent Development at KIPP Massachusetts. Prior to this role, Kate worked as a Lead Selector at TNTP and also held various leadership positions in operations, education, and business development. Kate has a strong background in human resources, training, and operational management across multiple industries. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and History, as well as a Master's degree in Education.
