Amanda Oudi

Amanda Oudi currently serves as the Director of Strategic Projects at KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Amanda was the Director of Instruction at 3DE Schools, overseeing the alignment of instructional efforts with district initiatives and facilitating training workshops. Experience includes founding Assistant Principal at South LA College Prep, where contributions to strategic planning and recruitment were notable, and a Manager of Math School Support at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools, where coaching strategies resulted in measurable student growth in math performance. Amanda's teaching experience spans multiple math instructional roles across various schools, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing student learning through innovative practices and curriculum development.
