Ryan Markowski

Ryan Markowski is a seasoned finance and strategic project management professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Finance Strategic Projects at UW Medicine since February 2022, Markowski leads major initiatives, including the implementation of a strategic alliance with a long-term care pharmacy and co-chairing the Workday HR Finance Applications Board. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Corporate Strategy and Senior Consultant at LaPlant Consulting Group, managing complex integration projects, and a Senior Associate at Point B, Inc., where Markowski oversaw business process improvements and strategic planning. Earlier career highlights include serving as Sr. Director of Information Technology at MDS, Inc., managing IT infrastructure and compliance initiatives globally, and as Sr. Accountant at Arthur Andersen, where Markowski developed IT solutions and conducted audit work.
