Benjamin Cabeza

Benjamin Cabeza is the Managing Director of Data and Analytics at KIPP Metro Atlanta. Benjamin previously worked as a data specialist for LEAD Public Schools and the Achievement School District. Cabeza has experience in creating, organizing, and maintaining databases of student and teacher data, as well as analyzing school and organizational data. Benjamin has also developed and implemented systems to measure progress against performance metrics. In addition, Cabeza has designed data reports and coached users on regularly using and interpreting these reports to assess performance.

Benjamin Cabeza has a certificate in strategic data project from the institute for leadership in analytics at Harvard University. Benjamin also has a master of public policy degree in education policy from Vanderbilt University and a bachelor's degree in public relations and speech communications from the University of Georgia. Benjamin is also certified in design achievement from the 228 accelerator and in middle grades mathematics from the state of North Carolina.

Their manager is Mini’imah Shaheed, CEO. They are on a team with Angela Bond - Chief Strategy Officer, Ra’chel Ford - Chief Operating Officer, and Irving Williams - Managing Director of KIPP Forward.
