Chantel Harris

Chantel Harris is an experienced educator with a strong background in mathematics, currently serving as a Mathematics Educator at KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools since June 2017. Harris has held various teaching and leadership roles, including positions at Baltimore County Public Schools and Harlem Village Academies, where responsibilities ranged from teaching to directing student and family affairs. Prior experience includes serving as a Math Intervention/Math Department Chair, Dean of Culture, and Fifth Grade Math Teacher at KIPP WAYS Academy. Harris began an educational career at Baltimore County Public Schools and Richland School District One. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from Notre Dame of Maryland University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Columbia College (SC).
