Ra’chel Ford

Ra’Chel oversees nutrition, health, transportation, technology, and facilities for all KIPP Metro Atlanta schools and the regional office. She joined KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools in 2014 as the Director of Campus Operations for the KIPP WAYS Campus.

Ra’Chel began her career in financial services, spending 15 years in process and performance improvement roles with Bank of America. She began her career in education in 2012 with the Tennessee Department of Education where she served as the Chief of Staff for District Support, supporting every school district within the state. Ra’Chel earned a B.S. degree in Urban Policy Studies from Georgia State University, an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix, and she is an alumna of the Broad Center’s Urban Educational Leadership Residency.
