Dena C. Donald, MHR, PHR, serves as the Director of Compliance at KIPP Nashville Public Schools, bringing extensive experience in human resources and operational management. With a career spanning over a decade, Dena has held various key positions, including Sr. Manager of Regional Operations and Manager of Regional Operations at KIPP Nashville. Prior roles include Manager of HR & Benefits and Sr. HR Generalist at Unarco Material Handling, as well as Human Resources Manager at Proviso Township Schools. Dena's expertise includes the development and facilitation of onboarding programs, recruitment for high-level positions, and the implementation of employee training systems that have significantly reduced turnover.
