TaLisa Clark is an experienced education leader currently serving as the Director of Elementary Mathematics at KIPP North Carolina Public Schools since July 2021, focusing on leader development, curriculum implementation, and strategic management. Previously, TaLisa held various roles including Literacy and Science Coach and Instructional Coach at Promise Academy Charter School, and Dean of Students and Families, where responsibilities included teacher feedback and managing support staff at KIPP Memphis Collegiate Schools. As a founding assistant principal and math teacher, TaLisa provided direction in academic culture and leadership in mathematics for grades 5-7. In earlier positions at Lincoln University, TaLisa directed career counseling and student services, overseeing multi-level budgets and designing interventions for at-risk students. TaLisa holds a Master of Arts in Sociology/Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, both from Lincoln University in Missouri.
