Haley Coughlin

Haley Coughlin is a data and technology professional with extensive experience in the education sector. Currently serving as the Founding Data and Student Information Manager at KIPP Public Schools Northern California since April 2024, Haley previously held the position of Director of Data, Assessment and Technology at Voices College-Bound Language Academies from August 2017 to March 2024. In this role, responsibilities included managing technology teams, developing systems for tracking metrics, and providing crucial data for grants and charter renewals. Previous positions at Voices included Data, Assessment and Technology Manager, Data and Assessment Specialist, and Data Associate, where Haley developed data collection processes and trained staff on assessments. Haley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Monmouth University and has additional tutoring and substitute teaching experience.
