Wendy Diaz

Wendy Diaz, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Wendy currently holds the position of Human Resources Manager at KIPP Public Schools Northern California, a role they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, from September 2017 to July 2021, Wendy worked as a Human Resources Associate at KIPP Bay Area Schools.

Before their roles in the education sector, Wendy gained experience as an Administrative Assistant at La Familia Counseling Service from 2014 to 2017. Wendy also worked as an Administrative Assistant at Barry Silverman's Office for a short period between June and September 2010.

Wendy's career started with a Student Internship at Roger's Family Foundation from March to June 2009. Through their various roles, Wendy has developed a strong foundation in HR and administrative functions.

Wendy Diaz, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In 2013, they briefly attended Universidad Carlos III de Madrid to focus on Hispanic Studies, although they did not pursue a specific degree at that institution.
