Sean Urquhart

Sean Urquhart has extensive experience in data systems, analytics, and education. Currently serving as Senior Director of Data and Systems (Postsecondary) at KIPP NYC since July 2020, Sean has previously held progressive roles in the organization, including Director and Associate Director. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Student in the School of Education at Hunter College, where Sean was a student teacher, and as a Summer Fellow at Education Pioneers, where the development of a significant dataset was achieved for TNTP. Sean's earlier career includes leadership positions at Criteo as Director of Global Supply Analytics, where recognition was received for outstanding achievements, and various roles at PwC, including Manager in the Financial Services Advisory sector, where strategic risk and finance projects were guided. Sean holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, an MBA in Finance from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, and a Master of Arts in Adolescent Education from Hunter College.
