Jennifer Bonds

Jennifer is their inaugural Managing Director of Human Resources. She comes to them with a progressive career in Human Resources spanning more than 20 years. Her career pathway includes working for non-profit organizations like Philadelphia OIC and Urban Affairs Coalition. She has held HR Leadership roles for prominent organizations like Elwyn’s Behavioral Health Division, American Red Cross, and Community Behavioral Health. Jennifer was the Senior Human Resources Manager for US Airways (now American Airlines) and has served for-profit entities as the Director of Human Resources in healthcare and Merchant wholesale markets.

She earned her undergraduate degree at their nation’s first HBCU- Cheyney University of Pennsylvania and attended Villanova University for her Human Resources Management credentials. She is dually certified with HR’s prominent designations – the PHR and the SHRM-CP.
