Gabriella Vavrasek

Gabriella Vavrasek has 10 years of experience in Human Resources. Gabriella began their career in 2009 as an HR Business Partner at New York Life Insurance Company. In 2012, they moved to Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, where they held the roles of Learning and Development Manager and Senior HR Business Partner. In 2019, they became Director of Human Resources at QMA. In 2020, they took on the role of Human Resources Business Partner, Americas at Schroders. In 2022, Gabriella will become Managing Director, Global Head of Human Resources at Roscommon Analytics LLC and Adjunct Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Gabriella Vavrasek obtained their BA in Psychology from the University of Maryland between 2004 and 2007. Gabriella then went on to earn their MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University between 2007 and 2010. In 2011, they obtained a Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certification from CPP. In 2018, they became a certified coach with The Mind Gym. In 2021, they obtained a Mental Health First Aid certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing and a CliftonStrengths Certified Coach certification from Gallup.
