Camille Lafayette

Camille Lafayette has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Starting in 2008, they worked as an Administrative Coordinator/Praxis Developer for the Students Heightening Academic Performance through Education: Student Access Project, where they supervised staff and implemented a new tracking system. In 2010, they served as a Campus Programs Committee Board Member for the UCLA Department of Student Affairs, overseeing budget proposals and disbursing funds. Camille then joined The Research Alliance for New York City Schools in 2012 as a Research Intern, conductiing secondary research and supporting data collection. Camille progressed to the role of Junior Research Analyst, where they managed survey administration and prepared research reports.
