Carrie Cataldo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and customer experience analysis. At Unum, from August 2017 to the present, Carrie has held several key roles, including Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, Digital Transformation Specialist, and Customer Experience Research Analyst, showcasing a strong proficiency in data analysis and digital transformation initiatives. Prior to Unum, Carrie worked at SAFE Federal Credit Union as an Executive Assistant and at Palmetto Citizens Federal Credit Union as a Collections Assistant. Carrie began her career at GameStop as an Assistant Store Manager. Carrie holds a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity from Saint Leo University, earned between 2018 and 2022.
