Kaya Stone

Kaya Stone has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Kaya began their career as the Publishing Director at Let's Go Travel Guides in 1997 and later became the VP of Business Development at CyberEdit/EssayEdge. In 2001, they took on the role of Business Development Manager at SmarterTravel. In 2003, Kaya served as an AmeriCorps VISTA for the I Have a Dream Foundation. Kaya then worked as an Education Pioneers Summer Fellow - Financial Services at the Oakland Unified School District in 2005. In 2006, Kaya became a Broad Resident at The Broad Center for the Management of School Systems and also took on the role of Managing Director of Operations & HR at KIPP Schools NYC. Kaya held this position until 2012 when they transitioned to the role of Network Growth & Sustainability Regional Director at KIPP Foundation. Most recently, Kaya has been appointed as the Vice President of Network Finance and Operations at the KIPP Foundation in July 2022.

Kaya Stone completed a BA in Government at Harvard University from 1996 to 2000. From 2004 to 2006, they pursued an MBA at Yale School of Management. Before these degrees, Kaya attended Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School.
