Lavan Jeeva

Lavan Jeeva has over 25 years of work experience in various IT roles. Lavan currently holds the position of Senior Director, IT Operations at KIPP Foundation, where they drive strategic infrastructure initiatives with a focus on cloud technologies and modern workplace. Lavan manages the IT Operations Team and provides direction on initiatives built on Microsoft Teams and Power Automate. Prior to this, they served as the Director, IT Operations at KIPP Foundation and as the IT Operations Manager. Lavan also has experience working as a Sales Engineer at Amax Engineering and as the IT Operations Manager at Paradigm Management Services. Lavan has additional experience as the Manager, Server Engineering & Admin at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., the Enterprise Server Lead at Scient, and as a Systems Engineer at GE Capital ITS. Lavan began their career as a Field Chemist at Laidlaw.

Lavan Jeeva attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science.
