Nell Frame

Nell Frame is an experienced education professional with a focus on assessment strategy and equity in learning. They served as Senior Manager at the KIPP Foundation from 2019 to 2022, where they directed national assessment strategies and managed relationships with assessment vendors. Previously, Nell worked in various educational roles, including as a Fifth Grade Teacher in Baltimore City Public Schools and as a Leadership Development Director at YMCA Camp Fuller. Nell earned a B.A. in Law and Policy from Dickinson College and a Master's in Elementary Education from The Johns Hopkins University.
