Trisha Coad

Trisha currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Co-Lead, Development at KIPP Foundation. She is in her tenth year at the Foundation. Prior to this role, she led new site development, and partnered with KIPP regions on growth and strategy topics.

Previously, Trisha spent five years as a consultant at McKinsey & Company. She began her career at Ford Motor Company, holding roles in finance as well as marketing and sales.

Trisha holds an A.B. in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
