Heidi Valladares

Heidi Valladares has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Heidi started their career as an Administrative Aide at Parsons Corporation, where they performed general office duties and provided support to team leaders and project managers. Heidi then worked at Vallejo's Transport Inc as an Assistant, handling various administrative tasks.

From 2013 to 2018, Heidi worked at Camino Nuevo Charter Academy - Dalzell Lance High School Campus, first as an Operations Coordinator, responsible for coordinating local and state testing and emergency safety response. Later, they took on the role of Student and Family Services Coordinator, where they supported students and their families.

In 2018, Heidi joined Equitas Academy Charter Schools as a School Operations Manager, overseeing operational programs. Heidi then moved on to Alliance College-Ready Public Schools in 2019, where they continued their work as a School Operations Manager.

Currently, Heidi is employed at KIPP SoCal Public Schools as a Business Operations Manager. In this role, they bring many years of experience in coaching and development of operations staff in K-12 Schools. Heidi is experienced in leading and managing school operational programs, student recruitment, family engagement and advocacy, as well as special event coordination.

Heidi Valladares attended Camino Nuevo High School from 2007 to 2010 and obtained a High School Diploma in that time. No specific field of study was provided.
