Jennifer Paz

Jennifer Paz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jennifer began their career as a Vice President of Standards at Kappa Delta, where they were responsible for enforcing safety procedures, managing the budget, and planning events. Jennifer then worked as an Operations Coordinator at Teach For America before joining AmeriCorps as a JusticeCorps Member. Jennifer later worked at Jamba Juice as a Team Member and then joined Teach For America again, this time as a Corps Member and School Operations Manager.

In 2013, Jennifer transitioned to Newark Public Schools as an English Teacher and also worked as an Assistant Principal of Operations at Mastery Charter Schools from 2015 to 2018. Jennifer currently holds the position of Associate Director of School Operations at KIPP SoCal Public Schools, where they oversee various aspects of school operations. Overall, Jennifer Paz has gained significant experience in education, operations, and management throughout their career.

Jennifer Paz attended UCLA from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, with a focus on general studies in this field.
