Faith Barnes is the Director of Development and Special Events at KIPP St. Louis, where Faith works with families and communities to create academically excellent schools. Prior to this, Faith served as the Director of Development and Marketing at Loyola Academy of Saint Louis, a Jesuit middle school for boys. Faith also has experience as the Director of Development at FOCUS-St. Louis. Faith holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Sociology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and is a graduate of the St. Louis Business Diversity Initiative Fellow Program, Cohort 9.

KIPP St. Louis Public Schools is an open-enrollment, public, tuition-free charter school network of six schools with more than 2,400 preK-12 students across the city of St. Louis. Together with our families and communities, we create joyful, academically excellent schools that prepare our students to pursue any path they choose—college, career, and beyond— so they can lead fulfilling lives and build a more just world. KIPP St. Louis currently serves 1,300 students and at full growth, we will serve nearly 2,600 students and hundreds of alumni. Today, our St. Louis network is comprised of two middle schools, two elementary schools, and a high school that opened in summer 2017: KIPP Inspire Academy, founded in 2009 KIPP Victory Academy, founded in 2014 KIPP Triumph Academy, founded in 2015 KIPP Wisdom Academy, founded in 2015 KIPP St. Louis High School, founded in 2017 UPCOMING: KIPP Wonder Academy, to be founded in 2019 KIPP St. Louis’ mission is to serve as a catalyst for education reform by establishing and supporting a world-class network of public schools that develop in all of our students the knowledge, skills, character, and pursuit of excellence necessary to succeed in high-quality high schools and colleges and the world beyond.
