Nick Kroeger

Nick Kroeger is currently a Customer Success Representative at Kipsu. Prior to that, they were a Success Team Lead at Foodsby from May 2017 to July 2020. In this role, they managed a team of Success Associates to meet and exceed team KPIs (Customer Satisfaction, Service Level Agreements) in a start-up environment. Nick also directed onboarding and launch of Restaurant Partners on to the Foodsby service, ensuring a successful partnership. Nick has also worked in inside sales and operations at Shred Right from December 2011 to April 2017.
