Andy Eckert

R Andrew Eckert is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as Lead Director at Fortrea since July 2023 and Senior Advisor at Permira since November 2022, Eckert also holds the position of Executive Chairman at Kipu Health. Additional roles include a Member of the Board of Directors at BD and former Chief Executive Officer of Zelis, KCI an Acelity Company, and Valence Health, each of which witnessed significant acquisitions during their tenure. Eckert previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Varian, where a landmark sale to Siemens Healthineers occurred in 2021 for $17 billion, and has held leadership positions at CRC Health Corporation and TriZetto Corporation, both of which were also acquired for substantial amounts.
