Moriah Ujano, MBA, CPTM has extensive experience in customer education and training roles. Moriah has worked at Mercer Advisors, WebPT, Well Health Inc., and Kipu Health, where they held positions ranging from Marketing Intern to Director of Client Success & Enablement. Moriah has demonstrated expertise in developing eLearning templates, creating knowledge centers, and launching self-service onboarding programs. Moriah is skilled in building customer-facing playbooks, implementing continuous education strategies, and driving consistent and on-time implementations.

Moriah Ujano obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters from Grove City College in the years 2009-2013. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Business, Leadership, & Marketing at Grand Canyon University from 2013-2015. In December 2017, Moriah Ujano achieved the Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) certification from Training Industry, Inc.
