Marsha W. has a long and varied work experience. Marsha began their career in 2006 with Cardinal Health as a Management Development Program - Project Manager (new launches). Marsha then moved to Catalent Pharma Solutions in 2007, where they held two positions: Management Development Program - Engineer and Management Development Program - Production Supervisor. In 2008, they joined L'Oreal USA as a Planner, Subcontracting & Flows and Assistant Manager, Demand Planning, before being promoted to Senior Planner, Subcontracting & Flows. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Sabert Corporation as an Inventory Planner and Project Manager, New Product Development. In 2013, they joined Coty Inc. as a Manager, New Product Development. Finally, from 2018 to the present, they have been employed at Kira Labs Inc., where they have held four positions: Director Supply Chain Operations, Supply Chain Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager.

Marsha W. obtained a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Rutgers University. In October 2021, they obtained Leadership Excellence for Directors & Managers certification from Dale Carnegie Training. In March 2022, they obtained Leadership Development certification from Uprisors - Leadership Wellness 4 Women.
