Satish K Kokkula is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Lead at Kirby Building Systems since January 2023, Satish is instrumental in driving change management transformations in plant operations. Previous roles include Corporate Manager of Operational Excellence at AUROBINDO PHARMA LTD, where Satish established a continuous improvement strategy and trained teams in Lean and Six Sigma tools, and Operational Excellence Manager at Sai Life Sciences Ltd, leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
