Ignacio Benito Soto

Ignacio Benito Soto has a diverse work experience in the field of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and architecture. Ignacio started their career as an Architecture Intern at BOME GROUP in 2014. In 2015, they joined TMASD as a BIM Architect, where they stayed until 2019. During this time, they also worked as a BIM MEP Consultant at AECOM for a brief period in 2016. In 2018, Ignacio joined IDOM Consulting, Engineering, Architecture as a BIM MEP Consultant. Ignacio then moved on to INECO in 2019, where they held the positions of BIM Architect and BIM Coordinator. Currently, they are working at Kirby Group Engineering as a BIM Engineer and BIM Development Lead.

Ignacio Benito Soto has a diverse educational background. Ignacio obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Atlantic Technological University between 2021 and 2023. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science - MS in BIM Programming at Universidad Isabel I from 2019 to 2021. Earlier in their education, from 2008 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Architecture - MArch at ETSAM (Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid) with a specialization in Architecture.

In addition to their formal education, Ignacio has also pursued various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Ignacio completed courses such as CSS Essential Training, HTML Essential Training, JavaScript Essential Training, Networking Foundations: Networking Basics, Programming Foundations: Databases, Programming Foundations: Fundamentals, Revit: Creating C# Plugins, and Relational Databases Essential Training, all obtained from LinkedIn. These certifications were obtained between 2021 and 2022, with the exception of Succeeding in Web Development: Full Stack and Front End, which was obtained in 2021.
