Sean Hayes

Sean Hayes has a diverse work experience. Sean started their career as a Process Maintenance Engineer Intern at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where they showcased strong AutoCAD skills and was involved in organizing maintenance events. Sean then worked as a Network Engineer at enet, where they demonstrated strong people skills in keeping customers satisfied and resolving network issues. Sean also worked as a Senior Instructor at UL Sport Adventure Centre, where they gained 5 years of experience organizing and running activities for large groups. At Starbucks, they worked as a Barista, excelling in a fast-paced environment and demonstrating good communication skills. Most recently, they worked as a Jr Mechanical Designer at Pitt Meadows Plumbing, where they collaborated with contractors, consultants, and architects in designing piping layouts using CAD. Currently, Sean works as a BIM Engineer at Kirby Group Engineering.

Sean Hayes earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Limerick, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their degree, Sean also obtained various certifications, including an Advanced Sailing Instructor certification from the ISA (Irish Sailing Association) in August 2016, a Safe Pass certification from SOLAS (An tSeirbhís Oideachais Leanúnaigh agus Scileanna) in July 2015, and a Clean Drivers Licence from the Road Safety Authority in January 2013.
