Matthew Long has extensive experience in the machinery industry, currently serving as the Product Support & Warranty Administrator for the Crane Division at Kirby-Smith Machinery, Inc. since September 2012. Additionally, Matthew held the position of Corporate Parts Expediting & Procurement Manager, overseeing parts purchasing and expediting across all Kirby-Smith locations. Prior to this, Matthew served as Operations Manager at Alliance Maintenance, Inc., where responsibilities included managing daily operations, customer service, and sales. Matthew holds a high school degree from Penn Foster Group, completed between 2004 and 2006.
