Maria Beavers

Maria Beavers is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Kirby since November 2024. Prior to this role, Maria held the same title at Unconventional Gas Solutions from May 2022 to November 2024. Maria's career also includes experience as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Aggreko and HR Manager at Airgas, where responsibilities spanned from HR management to SR. HR Analyst and project management. Earlier positions include HR Advisor at Oceaneering and Human Resources Generalist at M&M Lighting. Before transitioning into HR, Maria worked as a Project Manager at IEA. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
