Hattie Brown serves as Managing Director of Impact and ESG at Kirchner Group, leading the Impact Measurement and Management and ESG practice, and engaging with portfolio companies through the Kirchner Impact Foundation. Additional roles include Angel Squad Member at Hustle Fund, Angel Investor at VITALIZE Venture Capital, and Manager at Kirchner Impact Foundation, where Hattie designs capacity-building programs for entrepreneurs. Previous experience includes managing $9 billion deployment to CDFIs and MDIs at Summit Consulting and evaluating investments at Masawa. Hattie's educational background includes a Master of International Business from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Master of Science in Food Policy and Applied Nutrition from The Gerald J. and Dorothy R. The Kirchner Impact Foundation (KIF) is a non-profit organization that serves as one of the “returning” arms of Kirchner Group. KIF harnesses the positive power of enterprise to make a difference in addressing some of the most important issues of today and reflects our belief that all businesses should contribute to a positive human future. The primary activities of KIF include the Kirchner Fellowship and Kirchner Investment Academy as well as other initiatives primarily across three sectors: Agriculture/Food, Health/Life Science, and Education.
