Karen Ouchterloney

Karen Ouchterloney is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in merchandising and merchandise planning. Currently serving as Senior Principal at Kirk Palmer Associates since April 2013, Karen has also held the roles of Principal and Senior Associate at the same firm. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Merchandising for Easy Spirit Retail and Ecommerce at Nine West Group, and Divisional Vice President of Merchandise Planning at Coach, where key responsibilities involved developing corporate merchandising and financial strategies. Additional roles at J.Crew, Macy's East, Woodward and Lothrop, and Belk Stores Services have contributed to a robust career in the industry. Karen holds an MBA in Marketing and Communications from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Dickinson College.
