Jens Moth has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jens started their career as a Sagsarkitekt at David Bretton-Meyer in 1989. Jens then worked as a Lead Architect and Project Manager at Henning Larsen Architects from 1998 to 2001. Following that, they joined NNE Pharmaplan as a Lead Architect and Manager, Architects from 2001 to 2007. Jens then transitioned to NNEPharmaplan A/S as a Manager from 2007 to 2009, and later served as the Corporate Strategy Manager from 2009 to 2011. Jens also worked as an Operations Manager in Russia for NNE Pharmaplan for a brief period in 2011. Jens then joined the Trade Council, Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a Commercial Counsellor, Health & Life Science from 2011 to 2013. After that, they served as the Managing Director at COWI China from 2013 to 2015. Currently, Jens is working at KIRKBI A/S as an Investment Manager, Real Estate, and has held the position since 2015.

Jens Moth has a diverse education history. Jens first attended the Royal Academy of Arts, School of Architecture from 1982 to 1988, earning a Master's degree in Architecture. In 1994-1995, they studied at Danske Byggeøkonomer, specializing in Construction Economy and obtaining a degree in Construction Economist. Later, from 2005 to 2007, they completed an E-MBA program at SIMI, Scandinavian International Management Institute, earning a Master of Business and Administration degree. Finally, in 2009, they studied at the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and became a Chartered Surveyor with the completion of the MRICS program.
