Tim Spratt

Tim Spratt has extensive work experience in finance and law. From 2011 to the present, they have served as President at Kirkendoll Management, LLC, where they successfully refinanced $9MM in debt and led financial analysis for multimillion-dollar business acquisitions. As a Senior Vice President, Tim procured over $20MM in pandemic relief and government financing, renegotiated leases and loans, and managed the company's finances during the pandemic. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Law Clerk/Attorney at Jackson & McPherson, L.L.C.

Tim Spratt completed their Bachelor's Degree in Finance at Louisiana State University from 2003 to 2007. Tim then pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law from 2007 to 2010. Tim later undertook a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business from 2015 to 2016.
