Matt Hershkowitz

Matt Hershkowitz is an accomplished IP Litigation Partner at Kirkland & Ellis since October 2020, with a history of serving as an IP Litigation Associate at the same firm prior to that. Professional experience includes a position as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and additional roles as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable John G. Koeltl. Prior to legal practice, Matt gained extensive technical experience in engineering roles at Linde Americas, including Application Engineer positions focusing on metals, glass, and industrial applications. Matt holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
