Joe Strelchuk

Joseph Strelchuk has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Joseph started their career as the Owner of AAA Computers, where they built and sold custom computer systems while managing the business with over 75 customers. Joseph later worked as a Site Manager at Cornerstone Construction Inc., followed by a role as a Consultant at E-Energy Solutions, where they provided expertise in construction trades, electronics, and electrical engineering.

Joseph then served as the IT Director at Dennis W. Strelchuk & Associates before joining Relume Technologies. At Relume, they held multiple positions, including Electrical Engineer & Systems Integration, Senior Electrical Engineer & Lab Technician, Senior Electrical Engineer/Special Projects Engineering Manager, and IT Director. In these roles, they developed new LED lighting products, managed lab staff, and set up and maintained the company's computer network.

Later, Joseph joined Revolution Lighting Technologies as the Relume Technologies COO & Head of Engineering, where they led engineering and product development groups to create high-powered LED light fixtures and retrofit products. Joseph then transitioned to the role of Engineering Manager, overseeing all aspects of the company and managing the lab staff.

Currently, Joseph is working at The Kirlin Company as the Chief Operating Officer, where they play a crucial role in the company's operations.

Joseph Strelchuk earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lawrence Technological University from 2000 to 2004.
