Kaustubh Pande has a background in Mechanical Engineering with a Master's degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Kaustubh has held various roles in sales and management, starting as a Sales and Project Engineer at Pentagon El-Mech Solution Pvt Ltd. Kaustubh then moved on to Ecoair Cooling Systems Pvt Ltd. as a Sales Manager for the west region. Kaustubh eventually transitioned to Assistant Branch Manager at STULZ - CHSPL (India) Private Limited and later as Assistant Manager in Sales at Matel Motion and Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd.
