Swarnendu Jha is an experienced professional in the power generation and industrial sectors, currently serving as Head of the Global Power Generation Business Unit at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited since November 2022. Previously, Swarnendu held significant leadership roles at Cummins Generator Technologies, managing sales and marketing with a revenue responsibility exceeding 1500 Crores, and at Cummins India Ltd, focusing on key accounts in various sectors. Earlier career highlights include establishing operations for Shandong WeiChai Hua Feng Power Co., Ltd. in India and regional sales management at Kohler. Swarnendu's foundational experience includes various managerial positions in channel sales and application support across multiple organizations. An alumnus of SESCOE and Symbiosis Institute, Swarnendu holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Marketing Management.
