Joanna Small

Joanna Small is a seasoned reporter currently working at KIRO TV since April 2014, with previous reporting experience at KSPR News from January 2008 to April 2014, where duties included fill-in anchoring and a recent transition to multimedia journalism. Joanna also served as an adjunct journalism instructor at Missouri State University from August 2011 to May 2012, teaching a broadcast performance class. Earlier in Joanna's career, significant roles included morning and noon anchor, producer, and reporter at KFYR-TV from January 2006 to December 2007, and anchor, producer, photographer, and reporter at KUMV-TV for six months in 2005. Educationally, Joanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a focus on Broadcast News from the University of Colorado Boulder, studied at the University of Missouri-Columbia, and completed the program between 2001 and 2002.
