Bennie Sewell

Bennie Sewell has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Bennie currently works at Kiromic Biopharma, Inc. as the Head of Manufacturing since June 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Cell Therapy Lead from April 2022 to June 2023 and Cell Therapy Specialist I from September 2021 to April 2022 at the same company. Before joining Kiromic Biopharma, Inc., Bennie worked at Raytheon as a Test Technician - Imaging from August 2020 to September 2021. Bennie also has experience at Lonza as a Manufacturing Associate from November 2016 to December 2019, where they were involved in buffer preparation for mammalian biologics and manufacturing of cell and gene therapy products. Bennie's earlier work experience includes serving in the US Navy as an Electronics Technician (Radio) from August 2011 to August 2016. In this role, they were responsible for the maintenance and operation of radio frequency, electronic support measures, and RADAR systems, as well as procurement and inventory management.

Bennie Sewell obtained a High School Diploma in General Studies from New Braunfels High School, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. In April 2019, they also obtained the certification of Radiation Safety Officer from Radiation Safety & Control Services, Inc (RSCS).
