Steve Piehl has extensive work experience in various roles in the marketing and strategy domains. Steve began their career in 1997 at the Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where they served as the Director of Communications for eight years. Steve then transitioned to the role of Director of Consumer Event Marketing for five years before becoming the Director of Customer Experience. In this position, they led experiential marketing initiatives and managed a team of over 50 employees. Steve later took on the role of North America Event Strategy, where they developed event and customer experience strategies for the region. Steve retired from this role in 2015. After this, they joined Authentic CX, LLC as President, Managing Member, and Owner. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Corporate Strategy at KIRSH Helmets. In 2020, they briefly worked as the Director of Marketing Strategy at Moon Landing, Inc.
Steve Piehl completed their undergraduate education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1975 to 1979, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications-Journalism. In 2008 to 2009, they attended Marquette University, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
