Jon Simmons

Jon Simmons is a seasoned trial attorney with extensive experience in complex commercial litigation. Currently a shareholder at Kirton McConkie since January 2024, Simmons previously served as an attorney at Evans Keane from October 2017 to December 2023 and as an attorney at Kelly, Talboy & Simmons, PA from October 2012 to October 2017. As a founding partner at Talboy Simmons PA, Simmons specialized in complex commercial litigation. Additional experience includes serving as a shareholder at Greener Banducci Shoemaker and at Cosho Humphrey Greener and Welsh, P.A., along with a prior role as a law clerk for the Idaho Supreme Court. Jon Simmons holds a JD from the University of Idaho College of Law and a B.B.A. in Business Management from Idaho State University.
