Inderpal M.'s work experience is as follows:

From September 2021 to present, Inderpal M. is the Executive Vice President at Gupshup. Inderpal leads the RCS division and the Telecom Business vertical at the company. Inderpal joined Gupshup through their acquisition of Dotgo, where they continue to serve as CEO of the subsidiary.

Since January 2021, Inderpal M. has been the CEO of Dotgo. Dotgo specializes in enabling brands and developers to enhance customer interactions using rich business messaging. They are a Google partner, WhatsApp Business Solution Provider, and member of the Mobile Ecosystem Forum.

From 2000 to present, Inderpal M. is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Kirusa. Kirusa is a world leader in multimodal infrastructure that allows wireless carriers and enterprises to offer multimodal applications with integrated vocal and visual interfaces.

Starting in September 2015, Inderpal M. served as a Member of the Board of Directors at TechUnited.

From May 1997 to August 2000, Inderpal M. was the Founder, CTO, and CEO of Savera Systems. Savera Systems focuses on web-based billing and interconnect billing software for telecom and IP carriers.

At AT&T Bell Labs and AT&T Labs, Inderpal M. held the position of Senior Member of Technical Staff from December 1991 to May 1997. Inderpal led a research program into database technologies and their application to telecom applications.

During their time at IBM Research from July 1988 to September 1991, Inderpal M. worked as a Research Student Associate at IBM Almaden Research Center. Inderpal focused on query optimization using magic sets and contributed to several research papers, leading to a Ph.D.

Inderpal M.'s education history is as follows:

Inderpal M. completed their Ph.D. in Computer Science at Stanford University from 1986 to 1991. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Tech. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, which they attended from 1982 to 1986. For their high school education, Inderpal M. attended Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram from 1980 to 1982, where they focused on Sciences. Their academic journey began at Frank Anthony Public School, where they completed their ICSE degree spanning from 1968 to 1980.
