Karen Komatsu Kellerman

Karen Komatsu Kellerman has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Karen started their career as an HR Manager at San Jose Medical Group in 1992 and later moved on to work as a Compensation Analyst at Altera in 1997. From 1998 to 2008, they worked at Polycom as a Senior HR Generalist/Business Partner, where they provided guidance to senior management on various HR programs and managed leave of absences for multiple sites. In 2009, they worked as a Contractor at Stanford University. Currently, they are employed as a Human Resources Director at Kisco Senior Living since 2010.

Karen Komatsu Kellerman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from San Jose State University.
