Tomer Huberman

Tomer Huberman is an experienced R&D professional currently serving as the R&D Team Leader at Kissterra since September 2025. Prior to this, Tomer held the position of Full Stack Tech Lead and Team Leader at CRiskCo from June 2021 to September 2025. Tomer's earlier experience includes serving as VP R&D at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel from January 2015 to June 2021, where responsibilities included full stack .NET development. Additionally, Tomer worked as a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer at SQLink from 2010 to January 2015 and as Software Development Team Lead at Matrix from 2005 to 2010, managing a team of 10 developers. Tomer holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from the Holon Institute of Technology (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Reichman University (2004-2006).
