Thomas Hepp

Thomas Hepp currently serves as the Lead Global Supply Chain Planning at Kistler Group since May 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas was the Global Supply Chain Manager at Zeochem from March 2020 to April 2023 and held the position of Supply Chain Planning System Support Manager at Reichle & De-Massari AG from May 2017 to February 2020. Thomas has extensive experience in supply chain management, having also worked as a Project Manager for Shop Floor Production Planning at WEIDPLAS GmbH, and as the Leiter Warenbewirtschaftung / Supply Chain Koordination at Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund. Additional experience includes a volunteer position at help2kids and various roles at QIAGEN Instruments AG and Mettler-Toledo International, Inc, where responsibilities included global planning and project management. Thomas's educational background includes a Master of Advanced Studies ZFH in Supply Chain & Operations Management from ZHAW School of Management and Law and a Techniker TS degree in Betriebstechnik from ABB Technikerschule.
