Brian Crocefoglia

Brian Crocefoglia has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Brian began their career at GE as an HR Specialist in 1989 and later moved on to James River Corporation and International Paper, where they served as a Human Resource Manager. In 1997, Brian joined Lucent Technologies as a Human Resource Business Partner, focusing on Organizational Development and Effectiveness. Brian then worked at Sanofi as the Director of Human Resources and later as the Senior Director of Staffing. At Montclair State University, Brian held the position of Executive Director of Strategic Human Resource Initiatives. More recently, they were the General Manager of Operations and Human Resources at Kistler O'Brien Fire Protection and a Partner at both Blue Moo & Company and Melondropp. Brian brings a wealth of experience in the field of Human Resources, including leadership roles, strategic initiatives, and expertise in staffing and organizational development.

Brian Crocefoglia has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Penn State University. Brian also earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Student Counseling and Personnel Services from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and another Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Saint Francis College.
