Scott Wham

Scott Wham is the Director of Compliance and Innovation at Kistler Tiffany Benefits, where responsibilities include directing compliance consulting initiatives, developing sustainable health and welfare benefit strategies, and managing relationships with strategic partners. Scott has served as President and Vice President of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Health Underwriters, contributing to health care policy advocacy. As Chair and Vice Chair of the Legislative Council for the National Association of Health Underwriters, Scott provided legislative advice and set agendas for key conferences. Additionally, Scott has experience as an adjunct faculty member at Villanova University and a legal professional, with a J.D. from Villanova University and a B.A. in Political Science from The Johns Hopkins University.
