Cici Poland

Cici Poland, M.Ed., serves as a Consultant at MGT, specializing in data analysis for performance-based bonus allocation models for major school districts and competitive landscape analysis for charter schools. Prior experience includes roles as an Education Specialist at the Texas Education Agency, focusing on policy analysis and legislative recommendations, and as a Public Policy Fellow at Leadership for Educational Equity. Cici contributed to the Texas Foster Youth Health Initiative at Healthy Futures of Texas, promoting access to diverse curricula and training caregivers on sensitive health topics. As a Teach For America Corps Member, Cici taught STEM and developed equitable educational practices while receiving peer recognition for leadership. Cici's educational background includes a Master's degree in Education from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
